On Dec.1, 2006, GlobalMarket held a sourcing salon for Home Appliances in Shunde.

Invited by GlobalMarket, a group of global buyers came to Cixi International Hotel on March.31, 2006, communicated with more than 100 lighting and home appliances enterprises from Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces. The salon built up a collaboration stage for buyers, entrepreneurs and experts, both buyers and suppliers made positive comments on the salon. They wished GlobalMarket would hold salons in more cities with larger sizes, providing buyers and suppliers with opportunities to contact and talk, and also providing suppliers with opportunities to interchange information and enhance hookup between each other.

On March 31, our sourcing salon of Electronics was held in the Hotel Silverland Dongguan. Buyers from Atico, Auchen, etc., and from 44 excellent manufacturers, totally up to 100 participants were present that day. The salon was divided into two parts:

The latest lighting salon organized by GlobalMarket was held in February in Suzhou, winning ardent feedback in the industry and pouring dynamics into lighting of Eastern China.

GlobalMarket successfully organized the "Global Sourcing Salon of Home Appliances" on Dec.2, 2005 in Shunde. In the salon, global buyers from Brookstone, Li&Fung, Micromark, Haatz, Pavis interchanged information on the trend in the market and their specialized purchasing demands. On Sep.9, 2006, GlobalMarket and Taiwan Lighting Fixture Export Association held a Sourcing Salon of Home Lighting for Europe and America in Silverland Hotel Dongguan. Global buyers like KICHLER LIGHTING, ATICO, EGLO, SEAGULL, BERMAN, MINKA, and HOME DEPOT came to our salon and show their interests in our suppliers. After a meeting, buyers talked to our factories with great enthusiasm. More than 50 factories were present with the amount over 100. Such a relax and professional environment enhanced the effect of negotiation and communication between buyers and suppliers.

People who step into Guzhen in Zhongshan for the first time will be attacted by the lighting decoration, or even shocked. GlobalMarket chose to hold the Sourcing Salon of July here. In the afternoon of 29th, more than 40 excellent home lighting manufacturers (such as Yinghui, Huayi, Leishi, Oupu, etc.)got together in Guzhen International Trade Hotel, face to face communicate with Importer, Auditing Company and global famous bank.

ATICO-Purchasing Salon is held on Dec.14 in GlobalMarket Center. Atical International is one of the largest trade companies in USA, mainly pursuing import and export in electronics and light-industrial products, and it has branches over China, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Italy, UK, Australia, Brazil. It purchases annual amount of over 100 million USD. With the collaboration between consultants and our customer development associates, four manufacturers came to this sourcing salon.

On Sep.4, 2004, GlobalMarket held sourcing salon in China Hotel, for a sourcing delegation from Italy (Organized by ISTITUTO NAZIONALE PER IL COMMERCIO ESTERO).
Sourcing Delegation included more than 10 enterprises from Italy, with industries covering Lighting, Hardware, Computer, and Garment (including Shoes), and their demands fitted our clients, we were extremely pleased when we knew some of the buyers purchased volume over 10 million Euro per year.
In the sourcing salon, we sent out more than 10 professional colleagues who one to one communicated with positive attitudes with buyers, introducing our clients, acquiring the demands, and also introducing trade service of us.

China Guzhen International Lighting Fair (GILF) was held with the theme of "Guzhen lights up the world". It was a global gathering for lighting. The exhibition set-up a stage for people involved in the industry.
GlobalMarket cooperated with the organizer, setting up a negotiating area for merchants, which improved the efficiency.

The sourcing salon was launched on Dec.13, 2004 at GlobalMaket Center, five manufacturers participated in it. The buyers were interested in the samples, and they asked for the detail of the functions, prices, export conditions and other fees. Some of them even wanted to have some further tests of the products, showing great enthusiasm in the purchase. For some products, buyers gave further requirement in design, and provided treasure ideas of Korean Market for manufacturers. Meanwhile, buyers also said they would find qualified manufacturers by GlobalMarket when they had new purchasing needs. What's more, they suggested us to hold the sourcing salon once a month, because our service was professional and helpful.
